AlphaTheta SLAB is a MIDI pad controller developed for direct, hands-on control of Serato Studio, combining production and performance functions in a compact USB-powered unit. Its transport controls, multi-mode dial and encoders streamline navigation, sampling, sequencing and parameter changes. Responsive performance pads support velocity and adjustable aftertouch, while synchronized LED feedback keeps software states visible. A touch strip provides real-time control of filter, pitch, effects level and swing. SLAB also offers MIDI mode for custom mapping in compatible DAWs.
